The Fragrance Membership billed me $ 129.00 for just one period account which may permitted me to purchase fragrance at discount rates. Upon getting their list I recognized that their costs is greater than a department-store. While there is no discount on purchasing direct in the DBella I named them three times to stop my account. I really could not achieve anybody but remaining communications plus they never delivered my calls. I'd to contact my charge card organization and tell them concerning the fraud. Next I quit another information telling DBella that I'd previously named the charge card to stop the cost. They they called me back. Today I'm arguing the cost. They do not allow you to observe their list if you don't spend it first.
