NO Joy but nightmare!

In the beginning I thought I found the bargain on VOIP, and I urged my sister to switch as well. Later on my sister complained to me about the drop calls and terrible customer service. I thougt my sister was over-react, during that time I used my cellphone mainly. When I started using the service I experienced the same problem. I have tried the troubling shooting a few times, I continue to have problems. I told them I want to cancel the service, the billing department told me to go ahead, and THEY WONT ISSUE A REFUND. Unfortunately, I prepaid for two lines for $336.50, and I am stuck now.

They may seem cheap, but the irritatioin you have is NOT WORTH IT!
