After almost 2 yrs of patronage, where our dry-cleaning expenses realized significantly more than $200 per month, East Bay Dry-Cleaner destroyed a dark camel-hair sports coat by (their entrance) "pushing in the place of moving" the garmet. The lapels were mis shapen, the colar ruined and also the rest of the substance pushed so difficult it had been completly smooth. Alan Shapiro, and his companion, Howard Wolfson flatly declined to pay me by any means. This procedure is just a scam along with a bad justification to get a drycleaners.
