Ripped me off $300 for pix i never recieved

This a*hole charged me $300 to print pictures for cards of my own profesional pix. He never printed a damn thing and refused to refund me claiming he had printed model cards i never saw or aproved. To top it off he kept my disc with my images and returned my case with a diff cd inside! Now i can't even get a hold of him but i would love to sue his pants off if i could. He is a rude person who is probrably taking advantage of people everyday. Somebody please stop this con artist.
