Accidentally placed double order - they would not cancel -plus cards printed WRONG

I accidentally placed an order for 500 business cards twice (within 45 seconds of each other).
They would NOT cancel the accidental second order - AND the cards were printed incorrectly.
They also will not respond to my emails or calls.
