Rip off

Our charge card was illegitimately billed for providers which were never caught or made. My spouse and that I had voiced with Timeshare Tourist in Pinellas Park, FL about marketing our California timeshare for lease. The person that people talked with mentioned that people could be delivered a contract by mail and by normal email which their providers might begin the moment we delivered a signed agreement. After getting and researching the contract and taking a look at the Timeshare Tourist site, I chose to not signal the agreement. I'd provided the person my MasterCard quantity in expectation of possibly signing the agreement, but I never offered him agreement to demand my card. After I examined my charge card account, Timeshare Tourist had billed $800 on my account. I instantly named and required that my card be acknowledged for that $800. It's been nearly eight months today and that I still have not obtained my credit. I've submitted grievances using the Better Business Institution and also the Florida Attorney General. Timeshare Tourist keeps saying they'll return my cash, however they have not transported through to date. I've today submitted a challenge with my charge card business.
