Beware, Timeshare Travels is a Scam!

In Novemeber I was contacted by Mark Lucera representing Timeshare Travels Inc. He told me they had buyers ready to rent my timeshare and if I was willing, he could sell the timeshare within 90 days if I would sign a contract and pay them $897.00. I agreed and submitted payment. It has been over 4 months and I have not received confirmation of either a rental or sales agreement from them.
In Feb I contacted them in writing requesting a refund and have yet to receive a refund.
The state of Florida needs to seriously look into these fraudulent timeshare resale companies and put a halt to them. They are registered with the state of Florida and are being allowed to continue operation despite the many complaints registered with the BBB and Attorney General.
