Eat More Tees or better known as Eat More CRAP! Also smaller divsion called Screen Print Express or better known as Eat More CRAP!

Eat More Tees (aka eat more crap) is a locally owned and operated tee shirt printing company. Two Owners: Rusty Koss and Kevin Schumacher. This company charges way too MUCH and the quality is that of a something you may purchase from some third world country... This is one campany that needs a complete remake, starting with Rusty Koss.
I have personnally wittnessed Rusty yelling and throwing material (much like you would see from a three year old before nap time)... in some cases he has simply told his employees to kiss his A@... When the going gets tough, Rusty Gets Angry!!! Also in the production room, during the summer, the temperature can exceed 115 degrees easly. But dont let that discourage you, because Rusty will be the first to tell you to keep working or DONT come back... Rusty will be quick to fire anyone no mattter what!
Kevin, to put it short, is CRAZY!!! He is seriously Obessive Compulsive, scatter brained, imperialistic, and he too is quick to tell you to dont let the door hit you where the good lord split you... I have also wittnessed him say racial charged statements soon after clients leave his building. He is known to hire people for specific positions, but manipulate them into other departments (without fair garnishment) He on several occasions, tried to get to me to move his furniture or install a toilet at his house. I did build storage rooms, and even really nice desk (for 7.50 an hour) cheap cheap cheap and no thank yous... in other words he will try to hire anyone, but pay them minimal wage, then use them until they are no longer good for E.M.T. He will go through employees like some will go through dirty socks (this is no joke!) I sometimes wonder if he thinks he is donald trump. He is a Shark and I will not trust him any longer. He will lie to you...
I will not spend a dime or minute doing business with Eat More Tees (i refer to them as the Nazi's of screen print) This company does not deserve another customer... I have seen too much to keep my mouth shut, this is only the beginning...
And by the way... I am writing this while still working for this Company, so if you think this is a false report, think again. With the economy as broken as it is, I may get fired for this but it is better to let everyone know who you are doing business with.
And Kevin-Rusty if you read this, please know that I mean no harm to you and your family, so please dont call the police on me when i come for my last check. I personnaly think you guys should be closed and you two locked up for abuse... I just want fair treatment for your other employees. I am interested in how Kevin will rebuke this because I never: no-showed, was late, yelled, stole, cursed, or gave them any other reason to be mistreated. This all started on Dec 9th because after never missing one days worth of work, I called in sick with the stomach virus and Rusty threatened to fire me if i didnt show tomorrow (the 10th)... For those people reading this I hope you guys never experience the feeling of working so hard for a company, giving them your time and effort, just to have them treat you like crap... And I have ATE my Fair share of CRAP: you guys really should change the name to EAT MORE CRAP... It has a nice ring to it:) see you soon guys
