Brian Diez Credit Restoration FRAUD and LIAR New York

I signed up for this service back in February of 09 with Tim Nielson. The service was around 1600 dollars to fix my credit and get me back over a 700 score. I paid 200 up front and wast guaranteed that only 99 per month would be withdrawn from my account until the balance was paid in full and this way i could cancel if i did not see any progress. 1 month later, 1400 dollars was withdrawn from my account. Thankfully, i have Bank of America and reported it as fraud and they took care of it. I called scoremorecredit, and they didn't know about the 99 per month.

Four months went by and i monitored my credit score through creditkeeper.com (a great service, all 3 reports for 10 dollars a month). Absolutely nothing had changed. I called to complain, and they told me i needed to keep up with my account. I sent them a new report every month i recieved from credit keeper, apparently they forgot about it or repsond that they never recieve it.

Afrer i realized no progress was going to be made, i cancelled my debit card, and emailed them that as soon as i see any form of progress, i would start paying again. Now, they send collection letters from a Credit Repair service??? This is a copy and paste from their website "Risk Free 100% Money Back Guarantee!" They are full of it and no one should ever join with them. I have 14 emails saved i have sent to them. I have my phone records saved with over 50 phone calls and messages left to them. NO RESULTS!!! And now i have another colleciton letter, worse mony i have EVER spent in my entire life!

Let me know if anyone wants some of the emails i sent them, and if Brian Diez reads this, i told you i would speak up if you didnt respond to me!
