Ripoff false promises

This is basically a misleading company by all means. I hired this company back on June 03. They promised my company at least 15 leads per week. I did not see a true lead that fit the perameters we set out originally until June 17th. I made numerous attempts to contact Daniel Reese the "Sales Manager" and all he gave me was bogus excuses and broken promises.

I live over 50 miles away from this "Organization" and had to actually make a trip down with my business associate to see what the deal was. We spoke with Daniel and the Customer Service manager at length and came to an agreement that they would generate 8-10 leads minimum per week for this campaign and even have that in writing.

It is the 17th of July and we have only recieved 7 leads that still do not meet our perameters. We went as far as another conference call on the 3rd with all business associates including the owner of our organization with the "Customer Service Manager"-William B. Hansen and he once again assured that they would turn this campaign around and get us some leads.

This is not the way business should be handled!!!
