Verizon added the internet to my phone and forcing me to pay it

Verizon wireless has added the internet to my phone and makeing me pay 156 for last month and this month. They added this feature to my phone and did not even ask me first. I cant afford to pay this yet they dont care as long as they get there money. When i first got this phone almost 2 years ago it came with the internet so i did cancel it and it was okay then i missed a payment in october so i paid a reconnection fee and was surprised to find the internet feature was added on to my plan. Each c/s rep says it is required for the phone i have yet this never happened before. I dont understand. This was a surprise i have to say. I have called and tried talking to different people and none seem to help. I guess they are trained that way. Can some one help me please.
