Unauthorized charge

Dear Sirs:

On 10-22-09 Essential Club Conserve, LLC illegitimately billed my AT&T telephone expenses $14.95, total $15.77 whole, to get a account (as to the I don't actually understand) that we never requested. Their telephone number is/was 888-288-3724. On 11-2-09, they were no help. I had been provided a (phony) termination quantity and also have nevertheless not obtained the guaranteed credit to my telephone bill. Please support if you're able to. Something could be valued to prevent these kinds of thieves.
