Unauthorized charges to phone bill

I received my July telephone statement on June 10. It confirmed an additional ESBI cost within the quantity of $14.95 (plus $1.01 state duty) for various costs for IMAIL VOINCEMAIL MO CHARGE on May 14. Complete cost is $15.96. I believe it's anything related to voicemail entry via an 800-number but I am unsure. Our telephone company is Embarq. I named INCH-888-300-3724 to stop this company on 6-15-09. I had been provided a confirmation number. I had been also sent a declaration justifying their costs on my telephone bill. I never requested this support and also have never heard about the corporation.
