David L. Myers Soliciting in a non soliciting HOA

This company dropped off hangtags in mailboxes at a HOA neighborhood that has a clearly posted "No Solicitation" sign at the one, and only entrance to the neighborhood.
After complaining to the company and identifying myself as an "Officer", (I am), Mr. Myers returned an e-mail stating that he too was an officer before. His argument was that the company sent out letters to the HOA and since he did not receive a letter back from the HOA, that he had "implied consent" to solicit business. Obviously he is confused with the BMV Indiana licensing law concerning "implied consent".
He stated that only the HOA can apply the trespassing laws I mentioned to him, again not true. I also brought up his "Special Deputy" status that was taken away from him and a court case where he was charged with a false arrest. He returned another message stating I didn't have all the facts, the facts are public record, and I know for a fact that his powers were taken away from him.
He also stated that he never said he was a Police Officer, I resent his previous message where he clearly stated he was. I would not do business with anyone selling security services, who themselves had been charged, and convicted of theft/receiving stolen property or who had abused police powers and had them taken away from them.
