Jessica Jones I think I may have been scammed

On the 30/11/09 I paid $US67 in order to get this "Easy Home Job", thinking I could do some work from home and pick up some extra income. The offer looked attractive so I decided to give it a go.
I paid the money and assumed that I would be granted access to the members area and be able to get underway. I received a welcome email which granted me access to the members' area with a username and password.
I tried to access the site but it said I did not have authorisation. It would not even let me attempt to enter the site. I thought this seemed strange.
I attempted repeatedly to access it over a couple of days but failed every time.in response I emailed "Jessica Jones" five times since the 30/11 and another one today and have yet to receive a reply from this person/business.
I feel extremely frustrated and angry and I have a suspicion that I have been scammed, but cannot yet prove it. I want this person/business held accountable and punished if it turns out that they are engaged in fraud.
If she was genuine she would have replied to my email by now, either promising to rectify the access to the site or by refunding the money I paid.
I hope that by filing this report that the matter can be remedied or the business held to account for their failure to respond to a customer problem and attempt to remedy it.
