Took my money, and never granted acess!

On March 12, I purchased for $197 the "Rebate Processing" program sold by Angela Pembrook/Process at Home. Since that time, I have only been allowed on the site on two occasions, and NEVER have been given access to anything that allows me to process rebates.
The "Technical Support Representatives" on the 800 or 866 numbers are useless-they either (in barely intelligible English) tell you to enter your username and password (which I have done over and over, only to get the message "Access Denied") or that the site is just down and try in a couple of hours. I cannot even access the site to ask for a refund, and technical support says they don't handle that. Just another scam! Don't do it!
