Has closed down many of their directories because of being indicted on Federal Charges for fraud, they are in place of these directories selling advertising on the internet only.
The pricing for this product is like buying a pig in a poke. Very Very Overpriced!!!
Most of the States on this website get less than 900 hits a month. Then you have to break that down by how many cities they are covering and then by internet headings
So if they are servicing 4 cities in that State and less just go with the top 200 headings used everyday on the internet this would equal 1 hit per heading per city per month.
The entire site gets less than 75,000 hits a month if you are paying for this???
Buyer beware they have just added a automatic renewal clause that they never told the employees about for months, they said we are just making our forms longer to be a standard contract all through the company from Mexico to the USA. What this means to the consumer is they can renew your internet advertising without calling you and charge you a higher price for the next year. Unless you cancel before the contract year is over this will happen to you. Also beware that the date you sign that contract is the date your internet starts even though it may take them 3 months to get you listed on the site
and don't expect the translations from English to Spanish to be correct when describing your product or services or any links to your site or ad to be correct these hardly ever are done correctly.
This Company is only interested in your money.
Customer Service and Engaging the Hispanic Community to use this product in not on Seccion Amarillas's list of concerns and never will be as long as the same Owner and all it's current Management staff is there they are in this for YOUR money.
Don't let the Hispanic's walk through your door and guilt you into buying this product or tell you they work with the businesses in the community to help you understand the Latin cultural and help you engage the Latino customers so you can invite them to be your customer. You have to look past this. You can give into to the begging and get nothing for your hard earned money or be smart and keep your money in your pocket.
The Sales Managers get these totals each month and send them out to the reps if you are being told different numbers ask for the report.
