Did not pay approved from them claim

May I got Autn#29050120 with approved amount of $684.25. My car was repaired, I paid the dealer, faxed all the documents and since then I am waiting for payment from them. Until August I was not able to get in touch with them, no one was responding to my messages. Luckily, Mid August I finally got respond from they new account manager Tracy. She was very nice, found the file and promise she will send a payment. Since then I spoke to her two more times, because I did not get paid. And every time she was promising and until today Dec. 2 I got nothing.

Now is impossible to get in touch with them. They do not answer phone calls, you get redirected to the message machine.
I personally do not think this is Tracy's fault, she is just an employee there. I think this is a scam company, after reading how many people have the same problem. That is why I already filled a report to attorney general PA and I will be looking into other options to get my money and them out of business.
