Will not pay out approved claim in a timely manne

I paid $7000 for an extended warranty on my RV to Heritage in 2005. I never used the warranty until the beginning of Jan. I jumped thru all the hoops and paper work they wanted to approve my claim. I had to pay Camping World in full for the $536 claim. I mailed all the paper work to the address they give you in Ohio. It is just a 3rd party called National Administrative Service Corp. They process the claims but they are quick to tell you after about 5 or 6 calls looking for your money that they are not in charge of actual payment of the already approved claim.

I talked to my RV Dealer and they said that they have not received payment since last fall for any claims thru Heritage and told me best of luck getting payment. After talking with the insurance commission of Ky I found out that the South Carolina Ins Commission was already involved with this company. So, I called the ins com in SC. I actually got some help I think??? I was told that they have a guy from their office working at Heritage getting claims paid. I gave them all my info and I am suppose to call the contact guy at Heritage in a few weeks to follow up on my claim. Don't know if this is my answer or not after all the other post that I have read about people waiting a lot longer than I have to be paid.

It really makes me mad how it could be legal to take so much money from people and not have any real consequences when you do not give them the warranty that was promised in return. I asked about class action lawsuit, but I was told by the insurance commission that it is hard to get money out of the situations. I just know that they easily took my $7000 and now I am having to fight them to get just $426 out of them for my one claim. What happens when I need to file another claim??
