Ken Thornton Scam Artist, Dog Abuser, Illegal Kennel, Will not get what you pay fo

This story is a very long one but I will try to highlight the main points. We purchased a puppy from this breeder and we were given a signed contract stating that we would receive our registration papers. The breeder is now telling us that he refuses to send us the paper work because we have made him mad.
We have made him mad by posting on a public forum, in which he is a member, about our neg experience and I have been contacted by several individuals who say they have either been scammed out of registration papers for their dog from him or they have paid and never received the puppy.
Upon taking the puppy to the vet we were told that this breeder gave the puppy mis-matched and expired shots and we ended up having to give him extra shots.
We were never allowed to come to his house. Both times we went, first to give a deposit and secondly to pick him up, we were given random addresses to meet him somewhere. I have been recently told by the Pittsburgh Dog Warden that he is at fault for that. I was informed that it is illegal to exchange a puppy on public property. The exchange was done at a local highschool. I was unaware of this law as I am from out of state however I was told that the seller would be at fault for breaking this law.
Most importantly I have been told my someone who knows of him that he is running an illegal kennel. His house is over run with dogs and its disgusting. When I had spoken to him on the phone at one point he was in his house and I could hear a lot of dogs and he was physically beating them off of him and I could hear them cry.
He is treating dogs badly, not following through on his contracts, and he is not a reputable breeder. He needs to be put out of business!
