These two companies realtytrac and repromotor are working real hard to maintain the bad reputation that the real estate industry has. Have nothing to to with them. They give you zero useful information and bill you almost $100 per month. The way you get signed up is a real work of art.
Getting wacked to the tune of about $1000 per year... Merry Christmas.
BTW, calling them and getting through to a live person would make a classical SNL skit.
