Charged my card without authorization

I got up and went to work on the 25th of nov. And checked my account balance for my checking account
. I checked my balance before a day of paying bills through my banks bill pay site. I discovered a debit hold for $89.00 from a company called "PublicationsMax.com". I called the number they have and tried thier internet site but nogo on either. Next I called the bank
, which informed me that there hands were tied until the transaction actually posted. I promptly informed them that I had never heard of this company nor had I ever done any business with them. I had looked them up on the internet prior to calling the bank, and saw the type of business, but since I don't receive any magazine subscriptions and had not purchased any could not imagine where they had gotten my debit card information in order charge me $89.00. I don't read magazines. That is what i pay the internet provider for. Now i have to cancel my debit card and any account that was linked to it until i receive a new one. 7 - 10 bus. Days. Thanks jerk offs a pubmax. If i lived in Illinois...
