Unemployment Help Charged $79.86 on my credit card account for something I did not agree to

I was helping my niece to file an unemployment form for Michigan on the Michiganworks web sight and it had on it's sight "Need Help With other things like paying off bills, grants, etc." so I payed $1.00 to get the info needed. I thought. Needless to say we thought it was associated with the Michigan Works business. It was not and when I payed the dollar, it also charged me for $79.86 for something I did not want. I called and reported it to them and they said it is unrefundable and I would not get my money back. It is a very deceptive site and a rip off for sure!
