Trackpass rip off - no notice of renewal - non refundable - can't cancel, north carolina

Basically, NASCAR charged me for a renewal of my Trackpass account, without notice and they will not cancel or refund any portion of it... They won't even email me a confirmation that they won't do it again. They won't change service to monthly, and there isn't even any races for the next three months.
