Alex Kirschman, owner Refused to send last paycheck after moving due to my mother having M.S. 3 months of begging him for my pay I receive the check and its missing hours and commission. Labor board is now investigating

I was employed by Paradise Tan Spa (FL) for approximately. 5 months. I gave them my 2 weeks notice after finding out that my mother who lives in IL was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, needed my help, and that I would have to move there. I was able to fulfill all but 2 days of the 2 weeks.
I stopped into the store and provided my new address for my last 2 wks paycheck. I also emailed my new address to the owners personal email address. I moved, and a month and a half later, still no pay check. I contacted Alex (owner) by email repeatedly over the next month with still no results. His return emails stated that he had already sent it out. That he cant believe that I would think he would "play around" with my pay.
After that I gave him 7 days before I would contact the labor division. He said the next day that he had sent it again. 2 weeks later, still nothing. Now as this has went on he proceeded to get more and more irate.
Here is some of his exact words from a collection of unprofessional emails I had sent to me, they've been copied and pasted.

Like I said weeks ago, I DID send you your check. I am disappointed that you would even think I would play games with your check. Alex
You are being ridiculous, its on the way. I am glad you moved and are no longer working for me, I thought you were a smart, reasonable person. Obviously not. Alex

Now we know why you will always be an employee. Because you have no clue, you are just a worker. Alex
I received my check on Tues, Nov. 24th it had no commission added to it, and it was short on hours. When I first started working for them my first weeks check was held back, and I would still like to know where that money went.
If he treats his employees past/present like this, you can only imagine how his clients are treated when they have issues. Not to mention that half the time he doesn't provide the employees with the proper items to keep a tanning salon as clean as it should be. With the excuse of " we are close to going bankrupt." If this place went bankrupt you know there would be no refunds on the packages sold to the customers, some of which cost hundreds of dollars a month.
This is the last email he sent me and hopefully it will be the last now that the labor board is involved. (I cant wait for them to go through the time records and see that not one of the employees there are given breaks no matter how long their shift is)

I can stoop to yours or anyone's level. Of course, I see you got and cashed the check. The real shame is that you have acted this insane over a measly $200. Hopefully things get better for you in the future and you don't have to put your life on hold for a couple bucks. Good luck with that. Alex
