I was contracted to do work from home from this company, and I had worked for them for close to a year without any problems. I did work a project for them in Sept. 2009 in which I was shorted almost 45.00 in pay. The reason I was given was that there where problems in which their dialer system said I worked lees than I did. I had them send me my call files, and I actually discovered there was a major discrepancy in the numbers from day 1 and day 2, and it was a problem on their end. I explained to them in detail what the problem was. They said they would look into it, and if there was a problem I would be sent the additional money owed. The last communication I got from them was that they had finished their research, and I should expect a call informing me of the result, but I never got any call. NUMEROUS emails have not been answered. I am aware that they also did short quite a few other agents, and refuse to address the problem. They seem to be ripping off agents, and just hiring new ones as they need them. This company is very unprofessional, they do not communicate well. I had never had a problem with my check up until this point, and was always invited to do projects throughout the year, but I had been aware through a job forum alot of agents use that they had shorted people in the past. I never really had it concern me, but I guess I should have. The problem is with their dialer calculations, in which they don't pay you for time spent logging calls, but they do give you a 30 second grace period. I looked at my call files which list all calls made, length, etc. The first day my response time on almost every call was "0", but the second day on that number increased dramatically for no apparent reason. I did not change the way I took calls between the 2 days, and explained this is a problem on their end. The simple fact of having so many agents report the same thing, they said they would look into it. I think when they realized their numbers were wrong, they simply stopped communication with all of us, and decided to rip us off instead. The word is out on the work at home job forums about them, and hopefully no one will work for these guys anymore.
