ARM Professional Service charged me twice and were so rude and unprofessional

I was contacted by a very nice bill collector in February asking me to settle a account from 6 years ago. The collector stated he could break the settlement amount down in three payments for me and after the payments were made he would send me a release to have the negative account showed as paid on my credit report. I made all three payments as agreed but an additonal payment was taken out of my account after my last payment. I was referred to the main office from the collector w who set up my arrangement.

After speaking with the owner I was told he would get back to me. He never did. I immediately filed a dispute with my bank and informed the collector of me not getting any follow up from the owner. The owner then calls me upset that I filed a dispute insisting I cancel it and send him something in writing. I then called my bank who stated they didn't recommend me canceling the dispute because they were not familiar with the process of the collection agency asking for bank documentation of a canceled dispute before issuing a credit for a mistake that was on their part.

My bank called the owner Alex Briscoe, who stated he wanted written proof of the dispute being canceled. My bank explained that this would further delay my refund and this was a easy fix. The collector says I titan care what you say over this phone i'm not clearing anything up until you mail the info to me. I then interrupted saying why are you being this difficult when its a mistake your company made.

He then stated well if you would have just chilled out instead of calling your bank and waited till i got back to you all this wouldn't be happening. I then said who are you speaking to like that. He then goes into discussing how long it took me to pay the original debt off and how i only paid a settlement amount. He said all of this while my bank was on the line which was very unprofessional then he hung up on both of us. This guy was a jerk and shouldnt be the owner of any company. He thinks he can talk down to people as if they owe him money personally.
