Stay Away From This Company! I began dealing with this company about five months ago when a salesman entered my Tobacco and Liquor store. I began buying products directly from this salesperson, and I have rarely had such a good experience with a company in my professional career. I could call him up, tell him what I needed and 9/10 times he would be at my storefront by the end of the day with my order. About a month ago I called and the salesman told me that the company had changed it's policies and only accepted orders by email, fax or phone. He was very apologetic when I asked if I could just tell him what I needed and he could place the order for me. He again informed me that it was against policy. Reluctantly I placed a call to the company's 800 number and got a voicemail message. I tried for three days in a row calling this number because I was completely out of stock. I called the salesman back and informed him of the issue. He was very apologetic and told me he would contact the company and get them to contact me. I FINALLY got a response from a customer service rep by the name of Josh. I informed him of my distaste for the "new policies" and for the horrible time I had getting anyone to return my calls. He basically brushed my complaints off and asked me what I wanted to order. I placed a rather large order and hung up the phone. I waited two weeks, and nothing came. Again I tried the 800 number, but still got the voicemail. Again I had to contact the salesman to get any response. Finally my shipment came under COD payment terms and not only had they charged me more than I was quoted they also charged me $40 for shipping when my business is less than ten miles away from theirs! I did not accept the shipment and sent the UPS worker back with the merchandise. I immediately contacted the salesman (seeing as I can NEVER get anyone on the 800 number), and he again greatly apologized. He said he would try and pick the order up himself and deliver it. He called back and indicated the company would not allow him to do this. The CSR, Josh, contacted me and explained that there were shipping costs involved in ALL businesses etc. After arguing for ten minutes or so I got them to agree to waive the shipping and charge me what I was originally quoted. The CSR did tell me that when a customer puts a credit card on file the shipment comes much quicker due to the way orders are processed. I was incredibly ignorant and provided credit card information for future orders. My shipment came the next day, and I assumed everything was kosher. The next day, my credit card company called me (I rarely use this business line of credit) because a "large dollar amount was charged to my account" and they wanted to make sure it was authorized. I again ignorantly said yes because I knew the charge was coming through. I just received my statement, and not only did they overcharge me again from what I was quoted, but I was charged for shipping and handling AGAIN, and I was also recharged for the original shipping costs! I am now battling with my credit card company to get these charges reversed.in the meantime DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will rip you off over and over and over again! Rage in Roselle
