Craigslist "Customer Service" is non-existent!

This company's "customer service" is non-existent! On many different occasions in the last several months, I've placed a biz ad (seeking temp. Work for myself) on Craigslist 2 different times, they have placed my ad on 'hold' for unspecified reasons. When I inquire (repeatedly) as to the reason (S) for their actions, I get NO response!!! Nothing! I've done NOTHING wrong; I'm simply 1 of many people who are only trying to survive these vicious economic times. And these IDIOTS can't even give me a response, of ANY kind?! Craigslist can NOT be 'counted on' or trusted!!!
