Craigslist.com craigslist.org hosting libelous messages - slandering businesses

Craigslist.com /.org has hosted libelous messages in their classified ads section, allowing account holders of craigslist.org to post anonymous libelous messages that damage businesses. When contacted via phone or legal@craigslist.org, there is no response, the last libelous message about my business was allowed to stay online in public view for over 8 hours today. When i called the craigslist.org company phone number, the person answering was rude, uncooperative, never offered to remove the libelous message and hung up on me.
