Rude staff

Customer Support team in the Lakeside Mall in Sterling Heights (Macomb County), Mi are rude and unfavorable. They provide you with difficult time and imply looks if you should be just a couple moments delayed in returning the scoters. Their supervisor there actually screamed at me and wrongly charged me of swearing at her team. I never swore at her team. Mallis supervisor wasn't readily available to listen to my criticism, and wouldn't return my calls or communications.
