Continue to bill after cancellation

Forget about the so-called free trial. Stamps.com will sign you up, then make it nearly impossible to cancel.

I called to cancel multiple times. Every time, the same story. "We have no record"

Today I called again to cancel, and all I got was the run-around. They say the call was recorded. I demanded to cancel the account. The rep got me so irritated I hung up. Then, I received a phone call telling me my account STILL was not canceled and I would continue to be billed! AFTER Calling to cancel!

I am going to save the audio file from my voice mail telling me that they know I called to cancel and they are still not canceling. What arrogance!

What a rip-off.

Next stop, a complaint with the Postmaster General.
