Insulting mail from customer service - Customer service staff

I ordered 2 books from budplant.com and by mistake put in wrong information about my credit card. I received an email from their service lady called Diane that they couldn't process my order and possible errors are either address or card number. Since they didn't send me confirmation of order and the printed out webpage only showed my address but not the credit card number, I thought my mistake was typing in Bangkok twice. I sent her an apology with the correct address. She wrote an offensive mail back saying that she has cancelled my order and implied that I was trying to use other people's credit card. I pointed out that had I got a proper confirmation, I would know that the problem is the card number not the address. I also told her that her note was offensive because she could just let me know what was wrong. She wrote back an even more offensive note that because there are a lot of fraud in 'my part of the world' and she had to do what she had to do to protect her company. She not only offended me but 'this part of the world' as well.
