Placed an order with ScienceLab.com in early June. A few weeks later, when hadn't received product, was told it was backordered. It is now late Nov 09. Generally can't reach a real person at the company. Have left innumerable voicemail messages/sent many emails. Never received item, refund or any response whatsoever. Avoid this company!!!
