Seattle Coffee Direct, ON Aug. 3,09 I was charged 38.95 for a shippment of tea. I called Customer service to cansel my order. The only way to receive refund was to retun shippment. Return on Aug. 13,09 Contact Company

ON JUly 30,09 I order a sample of tea for 2.00. Then I was to get shippments simi-monthly. ON Aug. 3 I was charged for a shippment of tea. I call customer service and cancel my membership. The only way to receive a refund was to return the order. ON Aug. 13, it was returned. After 2 weeks past I had not received my refune in my checking account. I was told that it would take aleast 30to 60 days for the company to process the order back into receving. I call back on Oct. 27 to find out why the refund was not sent. I was told that it should be in ther no later than Nov. 3. It was not sent. I called back to speake to a customer manager Ms. Simmions, on Nov. 6, I left messages no return call. Nov 12 I was told that my refund did not go through because of an errow on the number of my bank card. That it would have to written order to process my refund. The web sight that is premotting their ad needs to be aware of this scam. I will not give up. I will conture to call until I get results.
