Got Me To! Their "Finger" on my credit report

When I decided to pull a copy of my credit report using an online service I was surprised to discover that the company "Fingerhut", which I have never dealt with before, slapped a $247.00 dollar "serious past due" entry on my credit report. The report I pulled was unable to supply me with the account number so I tried to get more information from Fingerhut directly. All customer service lines and phone number lead me nowhere. I must have my account number before Fingerhut can do anything for me, but no one seems to be able to tell me what my account number is. Does anyone have any information that might help me?
