Rjm acquistions/fingerhutt ripoff!

I received copy of my credit report from experian. I noticed that rjy acquistions l. Llc was listed on this report, so i did some investigating.

Well i called the number i got from experian and they stated that the "old" fingerhut was bought out by someone and i would have to contact them but they have no phone number on this "0ld" fingerhut and i would have to fax them something with my ssn, dob, address, account number, etc. On a letter. I don't want them to have this information because i didn't order anything from them!!! The credit report is showing that something was purchased in 1998. I never have purchased anything from this company. I tried to talk to these people here at this phone number above but they do not speak any english and stated that they could not help me because they have no info on my account.

No one can give me any help because i have no account number. So i faxed a letter to i guess it was fingerhut, and have not heard anything from them!!!

I have tried and tried to contact fingerhut and rjm but no one can help me! I want rjm to send me a signed terms of agreement form showing i signed something to verify this debt but no one has record of anything. This is not my debt and should be removed from my credit report immediately.

I am going to continue to call rjm until they take this off of my credit report. We need everyone that has been harrassed by this company (fingerhut and rjm) to file a complaint with the ftc and anyone else that can provide us assistance with this.

Please forward this to all other victims so they know they are not the only person out there that is having problems with fingerhut and rjm.
