Worst customer service

I bought a PLX wireless system for my ODB II interface on Friday with 2-day air choice.in putting the purchase, and after, there is no sign that something was postponed. I named Mon because the device hadn't appeared and that I hadn't obtained any email regarding following number or standing, simply the paypal info mail. After I named Harry (ricky@plxdevices.com) he mentioned he might deliver the system overnight and that I might obtain it Wednesday but he was not able to return the delivery price. I mentioned that used to do not need a complete reimbursement but one which resembled the price of suitable cargo which may have now been floor ($22 cheaper).

Tuesday arrived and also the device nevertheless hadn't appeared and so I called again. Paul, the sales supervisor talked in my experience since Harry wasn't in. He mentioned I'd two choices, he'd stop the purchase totally or deliver it overnight but that there could be no reimbursement about the delivery costs. I told him that used to do not obtain what I'd taken care of and he mentioned he didn't care which whatever I stated we'd get to the exact same finish. I had been relaxed with him and he nevertheless couldn't cause or use reasoning inside it. After I told him that used to do not obtain what I paid-for he explained he might stop the whole purchase then.

Truly horrible (cant problem below) customer support. Stone-walled from day-one. All pleasant before you buy the device they stonewall you and may care less. I still have 2 emails with plan data that I delivered which were never responded. Wish no body otherwise handles the folks or company ethos I did so.
