Emmitsburg Newspaper, Emmitsburg Chronicle, Breach of contract, and unethical business practices

We contracted with the newspapers for a Quarter page advertising in their monthly newspaper for $100 an insertion. This was a one year cotract. The editor got our signature on the contract, and left after promising to send us a copy of the contract.
Our ad printed in that months edition. We paid the promised $100 for advertising. Next month, our ad was not run, and was replaced with our competitors similarly worded ad. When confronted, the editor said my competitor had agreed to a higher ad fee and had asked for no other liquor store to be featured.
He also said that he has no recollection of any contract with us.
These guys are cheats, and totally devoid of any ethics. Please do not even think about doing any business with them. They will sell you out and your business for a dime.
