Teextile.com shipped defective product. Refused to answer repeated requests for help

Teextile.com recently sent me a tee shirt that i had ordered. It was misprinted. So i simply saved the envelope it shipped in and contacted the company. Weeks later and after many attempts to get customer service, i looked up the website registration info and attempted to call the number. There is never an answer.
