This attorney is guilty of elder financial abuse and use on undue influence in order to steal a widows estate!

This attorney is a very dangerous man and a crook. He is guilty of elder financial abuse of my 92 year old mother. He knows she is in declining health and that she only has one child and has fraudulently accused me of stealing her money when he was fully aware that I was paying all of her biulls due to her mental health and memory problems.

He has used undue influence to manipulate my mother to be legally barred from her house which is my home and I am her only family. I fired a dishonest caregiver of my mother, and when I went to fire her, he put a protection order on me barring me from the house. This criminal along with another criminal whom is harmful to my mother is living in the house. What a bastard this attorney is.

This attorney is a crook who has done this type of thing in Maricopa county for years in an attempt to gain control of unsuspecting elderly clients estates. He is a crook who bombards the legal system with false paperwork to get false charges on his opposition, in order to give him a leg up in court.

He has few clients and his days of practicing law are nearing an end.

This SOB has removed this entry several times from Rip off Report and this is the last straw. You goddamned bastard Haney, watch out. The word is out on you. If you think you're going to f* me out of my inheritance, and steal my moms estate you have another thing coming!!!

The more you try to keep the public from knowing how much of a crook you are, the more I am determined to let the world know and bring your bastard ass down!!!
