Rip off cuckoo clock fraudulent ripoff business

Seems like a lot of us got rip off on the same merchandise. I too saw the cuckoo clock ad in the Sunday paper and also sent a check on 4/19/03 for $17.90. My check was cashed and I never received the merchandise. I didn't have there adress or anything, because I failed to make a copy of the form that I cut-out of the paper, until yesterday I received a card in the mail from the company that read the following:

Dear Customer

Should your recent order have been delayed, please accept our apologies. We changed fulfillment operations so as to serve you better in the future. The shipping date is indicated below for the items thathave been delayed. You may receive other ordered items separetely. Thank you for your patience.

Apparently mine is suppose to be shipped next month. It better or we need to file a class action suit against these people.
