Scam That Will Not Go Away

I also took the bait, hook and all. I was in need of a web page and did not do the research that I should have. We came to an agreement over the phone and I thought I was going to get a great web page. 1 month, 2 month, up to 4 months went by and I have not seen or herd from anyone. No problem I thought that they didn't need my business. Than finally I got an email that said here is your new web page. It looked like a 3rd grade student did it with crayons. Not the web address we talked about not even close. I contacted them and told them that this is not going to cut it. They said that they have been trying to get a hold of me to design it. They have my email, Cell and office numbers I have not herd anything until now. I told them that if you can not reach me with all that info and by the way the web page looked my customers can't find me either. I checked my bank and they have been pulling money out for 4 months. I learned a big and expensive lesson I told them to cancel the service keep the money that was taken and I do not want to here from you again they agreed and stopped the withdraws. That was back in June 09.11/12/09 they called back wanting to try again and said they will do a better job this time. I said Hell No. She said I had a year contract and they would turn me over to collections if I did not cooperate and there employees that I had talked to before did not have the authority to stop it. I own a service company and if I did service like this I would be ran out of town. It must be nice to sale a service not have to do anything have the customer give you 2/3 of the money and till you your done. Now this company wants more for nothing. I'm seeing this a lot lately and I am tired of it. No way will I buy a service of any kind by phone again I want to see a face and a hand shake.
