Roofers Scam Customers and Defy BBB

MGA Roofing sold us a roof because ours was leaking. They said buying a new roof would resolve the issue but our living room now leaks in more places than it leaked before they came. We contacted the BBB and went through arbitration and won, but the owner doesn't agree with the arbitrator. The BBB has suspended his membership which anyone in the world can check so you can see I am telling the truth. We filed in small claims court and they required us to go through mediation during which the owner told several lies which didn't mean anything. Now he's hired a lawyer to try and discourage us from taking him to court. The man is very belligerent and the only intelligent thing he's done is hire the lawyer because every time he opens his mouth he sounds like an idiot. He told the mediator that because I'm good with computers I should know about roofs which makes no sense at all. He also tried to tell the mediator a bunch of things about my home when he's never even been there and most of his facts were wrong. He keeps telling me its not his problem my roof leaks because as far as he's concerned I needed a new roof and I got one, and if it leaks, then it's not his problem and he had no compulsion to properly diagnose the leak. The fact that his representative stated that buying a roof from him would eliminate the leak is not his problem, even though he has copy on his web site specifying that this is the case. (If you're reading this Sam, too late, I already got a screen shot of your deceptive advertising regarding ice dams.)

I am in the process of finding out who regulates these people in MI and reporting him. I've already reported him to a number of companies listed on his web site.
