Magazine Services Of America, Discount USA don't be fooled by the names they are all the same business and they tried to steal my money, now they say i owe them over 1500 dollars

They tried to take my money for magazines i didn't even receive and i had my bank stop payment to them and 2 months later they told me that i owe them for 2 months of 114 dollars and i told them im not paying for 2 months b/c i didn't get anything from them from them and that i have called from the time that i signed up for their services and was hung up on repeatedly and that on the 4 of September the day i called about their cancellation terms the woman who pick up the phone wouldn't let me talk and told me to call back on Monday (a holiday) and that they would be open on that holiday to take calls and that they wanted to go home early b/c its 6:40 and they hung the phone up on me before i was able to say anything.

I called for 3 weeks straight and no one wanted to speak to me (i called from work for 2 hours a day every day for three weeks) no one wanted to speak to me so since i got my money back and since i didn't receive a bill i left it alone. So 2 months later they call saying that i owe them for 2 months $114 and so i contacted the BBB and they told the BBB that i owe over 1000 dollar and that they would take 40% off for it to come up to 1,10054 or something like that for my account to be set "right" and im not paying that. They are liars and thieves and i know im not the only one with this problem with them.
