Rock Star promised $150 in free gas. When I called to make appointment Brian explained that you receive $25 gift cards each month for free gas. This sounded great, so I scheduled the repair. Well, the cards never came. After 6 months of monthly phone calls to Brian and hearing every excuse in the book ("oh, sorry, they didn't have your address right, " "oh, sorry about that, they're supposed to go out to you next week, " "oh, sorry, we're waiting on the gas card company we contracted with to send another batch to us, " "oh, sorry, the company we were working with went bankrupt and we're waiting on the case to close, it should probably only be a couple weeks from now.") I eventually gave up and am calling Ch. 3-on-your-side next. What a rip off!
