Rip off and poor service

Brandon Garner of Garner Systems, LLC, found my home with a prepaid agreement to set up 2 audio-visual methods including one 7.1 surround audio system and also to attach one silver screen lcd television about the wall-in our room. He did 50% of the task but obtained complete cost for half providers, and he slice the cable to access to the internet to my home and linked an wire towards the television in my own room. He'll not reply my phonecalls. I'd not allow the guy into my home to sculpt a lightswitch today and he must complete any work that somebody is silly enough to deal this deceptive charlatan for entirely and verify complete achievement before transaction
