Photography rip-off company lost our wedding photos and never refunded money

We contacted Deborah Lynn to photograph our wedding and reception. She showed up and took photos in both color and black and white. She claimed she mailed the photos while we were on our honeymoon, conveniently. She blamed the postal service. What kind of photographer doesn't insure something that important?! She had said, finally after numerous emails, that she would find the negatives and reprint the photos.

It has now been over a year and after contacting a local television station to help us, we have yet to see the refund. The television station could not reach her since she now has disconnected the phone. We are devastated. The only photos we now have are those from the cheap, disposable cameras that we had placed on the tables. The most important day in our lives and we were unfortunate to trust Deborah Lynn to capture those irreplacable moments.
