AKA DSMAX ripoff opportunity Scot get's rich while you sell. Rip-off thieves

I worked with this company for three months.in that time I came to know the owner of that branch "Scot" well. He would feed us with bull every day about how in a year we would be running a branch like him making 6 figures. Yet the only person who wasn't out doing sales door to door was him.

We would sell cell phone door to door every day 9 hours a day 6 days a week and some time seven. He would only pay us a portion of the sale up front and say we would get the rest in two months when T-mobile payed him. Ya right! No body saw the rest ever. They would be fired before they ever got to the two months.

Then he made everyone sign an indepedent contractors contract that said if you left the company you forfeit any bonuses coming to you. So he basically pockets all the money from all the sales done. They lie about having other branches in LA and San Diego.

I checked, there are no other Millenium branches any where. His Managers are hard up for money and even borrow money from the new people. Then fire them and never pay them back.

When I didn't get my back end money I couldn't take it any more. The only person really making money there is Scot. He has eveyone brain washed on a fake opportunty. Then the Assistant Branch Manager even offered to smoke pot with me and a few others at a club he invited us to one night. He said that even Scot the owner smokes out with them!

Not to mention on fridays he allows everyone to drink beer in the office no matter how old you are. I saw an eighteen year old girl drive away pretty drunk and the managers were just laughing about it.

Listen this company is a spin off of DSMAX. There is no real opportunity except doing sales for the owner as long as you can until they fire you. Managers are people who make alot of sales and are willing to lie to the trainees about how much money they really make. They lie in their ads to about what they are. Just a bad bad company...
