Company Disappeared

I ordered some work boots for $68.00. The clerk toldme it would take 90 days, but I would have to pay upfront. I paid with mydebit card. It went through on 8/06/09. I went to their store in the Pueblomall November 2nd. It looked different, so we asked the clerk whathappened to Scrubs. He said they were gone. This was another store, so he had no idea what happened. He gave us some contactinformation. I called the number the clerk gave me and got a message stating theywere open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 12:00pm -4:00pm. I left amessage stating I wanted information on my order. I haven't heardanything yet. I have a sinking feeling they just skipped with mine andany other unlucky person that ordered something's money.
